Inputs: chain: base (default), ethereum, arbitrum, optimism or polygon; dex: all (default), uniswap-v3, uniswap-v2 or aerodrome (Base only); blocks: How many recent blocks to scan, 100 to 20000 (default 3000: about 100 minutes on Base, 10 hours on Ethereum); limit: Most pools to return, 1 to 30 (default 20).
